Christmas Tree week is on again this year at St.Peters, Waipu.
Groups – families, clubs, special interest groups of all shapes and sizes – are invited to plan now to prepare a tree for the Christmas display at St. Peter’s. Each tree will have a short explanation regarding who has presented the tree. Tree creators may also like to include thoughts on what Christmas means to them.
“Set-up” day is Thursday 19th December and there will be a Blessing of the Trees and a light supper at 7.00 pm. Thereafter the exhibition will be open daily 2.00pm-8.00pm from Friday the 20th December. A children’s area will be available for stories, colouring, and craftwork.
Closing and clearing-up on Monday 23rd December.
