The FOTO 2026 concert season will be as follows:
Sunday 3 May, 3 pm – NZ String Quartet will present ‘A Storioni Celebration’. This special event is the David Craig Memorial Concert. Sunday 17 May, 2pm – Organist John Cater and local child vocalists
Sunday 21 June, 2pm – Organist Mark Patterson and local teenage vocalists
Sunday 26 July, 2pm – Organist John Wells. (Note – this is the fourth Sunday on July, whereas usually our concerts are on the third Sunday.)
Sunday 16 August, 2pm – Two choral groups and a Chamber Music group
Sunday 20 September, 2pm – Whangarei Choral
Proceeds from FOTO concerts will go toward completing the purchase of a Yohannes Opus 377 organ for Waipu. The project launched in August 2024. As of June 2026, there is less than $2,500 still to pay. (The original purchase price was $28,750.) We are doing very well and continue to welcome new members.
