After over a decade of solid community work and the participation of hundreds of local people and organisations, the Waipu Cove Trail has finally been completed and the opening morning tea is on Sunday. The Bream Bay Anglican Church raises funds throughout the year by running an Op Shop. A portion of those funds are then distributed to local charities and good causes. In the last year the Waipu Cove Trail was the recipient of a grant and the church is thus now named as a major sponsor on the new track-side shelters.
