Can you sing? Yes? We have just the opportunity for you! Join the KW Singers who rehearse on Tuesdays at 1pm in Waipu. Male and female voices are sought. No audition necessary. Next performance will be on Sunday 1 December 2024 at St. Peter’s Church Waipu. There will be a second Christmas-focussed performance – probably at St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Ruakaka – later in December. We are so fortunate to have the very accomplished Anne Connolly-Munt living in Waipu and there is quite a buzz around the KW Singers. Anne’s past experience includes forming the North Island section of the Male Voice Choir, two Albany choirs and five Hamilton choirs. Anne says: “everyone has the right to sing”. All are welcome.
