Blessing of the Animals

In honour of the Feast of St. Francis we held a Blessing of the Animals at St. Paul’s, Ruakākā, on Saturday 7 October at 10.30 am. The event, which brought members of the local community together, was popular with some very lovely dogs. After the blessing we all enjoyed a sausage sizzle.
